Spectators at Wednesday's league test between the Desert Mountain Wolves (Scottsdale, AZ) and the visiting Notre Dame Prep Saints (Scottsdale, AZ), witnessed Desert Mountain's basketball squad nip Notre Dame Prep by a margin of 59-53.

The Wolves (18-4) will now prepare for their test against Chaparral (Scottsdale, AZ). The Firebirds go into the 5A Northeast Valley test with a 10-12 record. In their last test, Chaparral was tipped by Horizon (Scottsdale, AZ), 55-45, in a league test.
