In Tuesday's league outing, the Ysleta Indians (El Paso, TX) basketball squad nipped the host Parkland Matadors (El Paso, TX), by a margin of 51-44.

The Indians (14-9) will now prepare for their outing against Bel Air (El Paso, TX). The Highlanders go into the 5A Region I District 2 outing with a 11-13 record. In their last outing, Bel Air was tipped by Hanks (El Paso, TX), 43-36, in a league outing.
