Texas High School Basketball - Americas fells Parkland

Americas Trail Blazers (El Paso, TX) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Parkland Matadors (El Paso, TX), 54-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Americas upgrades its record to 7-0 on the season. The Trail Blazers host El Dorado (El Paso, TX) to play the Aztecs in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 18. The Aztecs go into the bout with a record of 2-3. El Dorado lost 48-36 in their recent non-league bout against Del Valle (El Paso, TX)

Next up, the Matadors play the El Dorado Aztecs (El Paso, TX) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 20. Parkland will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Aztecs go into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 52-31 non-league loss to Americas (El Paso, TX).
