Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Mullen Broncos (Mullen, NE) and the visiting Brady Eagles (Brady, NE), saw Mullen's basketball squad hold off Brady by a tally of 40-33.

With the victory, Mullen improves its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Broncos travel to South Loup (Arnold, NE) to confront the in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 28. The come into the challenge with a record of 13-2. South Loup won 40-34 in their recent non-league challenge against Sandhills/Thedford (Dunning, NE)

Next up, the Eagles confront the Arthur County Wolves (Arthur, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 27. Brady will attempt to improve on its 5-11 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 2-10 record after their 67-28 non-league loss to South Loup (Arnold, NE).
