The Mt. Shasta Bears basketball team scored 75 points and restricted the visiting Modoc Braves to 34 in the Bears league victory on Tuesday.

The Bears now sport a 10-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fall River for a Shasta Cascade contest on Thursday, January 26. Mt. Shasta will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 72-43 league win over Modoc (Alturas, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-10.

The Braves (4-17) will now prepare for their contest against Trinity (Weaverville, CA). The Wolves come into the Shasta Cascade contest with a 17-5 record. In their last contest, Trinity was routed by St. Bernard's (Eureka, CA), 51-50, in a non-league contest.
