Connecticut High School Basketball - Valley Regional holds off Hale Ray

Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Valley Regional Warriors (Deep River, CT) and the visiting Hale Ray Noises (Moodus, CT), saw Valley Regional's basketball squad hold off Hale Ray by a tally of 61-56.

With the victory, Valley Regional improves its record to 4-8 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Old Saybrook (Old Saybrook, CT) to confront the Rams in a Shoreline challenge on Friday, January 26. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 1-10. Old Saybrook lost 61-55 in their recent league challenge against Cromwell (Cromwell, CT)

Next up, the Noises confront the Morgan Huskies (Clinton, CT) in a Shoreline challenge, on Friday, January 26. Hale Ray will attempt to improve on its 4-9 season record.
