Connecticut High School Basketball - Hale Ray tops Coginchaug Regional
February 9, 2024: Durham, CT 06422 Hale Ray Noises (Moodus, CT) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Coginchaug Regional Blue Devils (Durham, CT), 61-51 in a league bout.
With the victory, Hale Ray upgrades its record to 6-13 on the campaign. The Noises host Westbrook (Westbrook, CT) to play the Knights in a Shoreline bout on Tuesday, February 13. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 2-15. Westbrook lost 57-42 in their recent league bout against Portland (Portland, CT)
Next up, the Blue Devils play the Old Lyme Wildcats (Old Lyme, CT) in a Shoreline bout, on Tuesday, February 13. Coginchaug Regional will attempt to upgrade on its 12-6 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 11-5 record after their 69-26 league win over Old Saybrook (Old Saybrook, CT).
