January 5, 2024: Old Lyme, CT 06371 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Old Lyme Wildcats (Old Lyme, CT) and the visiting Coginchaug Regional Blue Devils (Durham, CT), saw Old Lyme's basketball squad overcome Coginchaug Regional by a tally of 74-62.
With the victory, Old Lyme improves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Haddam-Killingworth (Higganum, CT) to confront the Cougars in a Shoreline challenge on Tuesday, January 9. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 3-3. Haddam-Killingworth lost 60-41 in their recent league challenge against Cromwell (Cromwell, CT)
Next up, the Blue Devils confront the Valley Regional Warriors (Deep River, CT) in a Shoreline challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Coginchaug Regional will attempt to improve on its 6-2 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 65-44 league loss to Morgan (Clinton, CT).
