In Friday's league contest, the visiting Stuart W. Cramer Storm basketball team scored a big 64-32 win over the Ashbrook Greenwave.

The Storm (15-2) will now prepare for their contest against Kings Mountain (Kings Mountain, NC). The Mountaineers come into the 3A Big South contest with a 1-16 record. In their last contest, Kings Mountain was trounced by South Point (Belmont, NC), 63-23, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Greenwave battle the South Point Red Raiders (Belmont, NC) in a 3A Big South contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Ashbrook will attempt to better on its 6-10 season record. The Red Raiders come into the contest with a 13-4 record after their 63-23 league win over Kings Mountain (Kings Mountain, NC).
