The Huss Huskies (Gastonia, NC) basketball crushed the host Ashbrook Greenwave (Gastonia, NC), 61-30 in Thursday's league bout.

The Huskies now possess a 11-4 record. They play next when they travel to Forestview for a 3A Big South bout on Friday, January 24. Huss will play a Jaguars team coming off a 55-34 league win over Kings Mountain (Kings Mountain, NC). The Jaguars record now stands at 8-8.

With the loss, Ashbrook falls to 6-9 on the campaign. The Greenwave host Stuart W. Cramer (Belmont, NC) to play the Storm in a 3A Big South bout on Friday, January 24.
