Arkansas High School Basketball - Hazen overwhelmed by Carlisle
January 25, 2023: Carlisle, AR 72024 The Hazen Hornets basketball team (Hazen, AR), was routed 70-41 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Carlisle Bison (Carlisle, AR)
The Bison now sport a 7-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Des Arc for a 2A Region 6 battle on Saturday, January 28.
The Hornets (2-8) will now prepare for their battle against Lee (Marianna, AR). The Trojans come into the 2A Region 6 battle with a 17-5 record. In their last battle, Lee trounced Marvell (Marvell, AR), 72-52, in a non-league battle.
