With the victory, Cumberland improves its record to 4-8 on the campaign. The Clippers host Classical (Providence, RI) to confront the Purples in a State Championship challenge on Friday, January 28. The Purples come into the challenge with a record of 12-2. Classical won 49-45 in their recent league challenge against Portsmouth (Portsmouth, RI)
