January 27, 2023: Opelousas, LA 70570 The St. Edmund Fighting Blue Jays routed the host Opelousas Catholic Vikings basketball team by a final score of 61-22 in Friday's league game.
In their next game, the Fighting Blue Jays face the Westminster Academy Crusaders (Opelousas, LA) in a 1A District 6 game, on Friday, February 3. St. Edmund will attempt to move on its 12-4 season record. The Crusaders enter the game with a 11-4 record after their 60-44 league win over North Central (Lebeau, LA).
