In Wednesday's league test, the Bishop McNamara Mustangs (Forestville, MD) basketball squad defeated the host Bishop Ireton Cardinals (Alexandria, VA), by a score of 62-54.

Next, the Mustangs clash with the Paul VI Panthers (Chantilly, VA) in a VISAA Division I test, on Sunday, February 2. Bishop McNamara will attempt to improve on its 17-1 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 17-5 record after their 72-60 league win over Elizabeth Seton (Bladensburg, MD).
