The St. Mary's Ryken Knights basketball squad (Leonardtown, MD), was outscored 67-47 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Bishop McNamara Mustangs (Forestville, MD)

With the victory, Bishop McNamara advances its record to 19-1 on the year. The Mustangs host Elizabeth Seton (Bladensburg, MD) to meet the in a Washington Catholic battle on Friday, February 7. The enter the battle with a record of 16-6. Elizabeth Seton won 62-52 in their recent league battle against Our Lady of Good Counsel (Olney, MD)

The Knights now own a 16-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Paul VI for a VISAA Division I battle on Friday, February 7. St. Mary's Ryken will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 60-55 league loss to St. John's (Washington, DC). The Panthers record now stands at 17-7.
