Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Purchase Line ripped by Portage

January 30, 2023: Commodore, PA 15729

The Portage Mustangs basketball team scored 78 points and held the host Purchase Line Red Dragons to 23 in the Mustangs league triumph on Monday.

The Mustangs now sport a 20-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central Cambria for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 14.

The Red Dragons (3-16) will now prepare for their contest against Cambria Heights (Patton, PA). The Highlanders enter the Heritage contest with a 9-10 record. In their last contest, Cambria Heights triumphed over Penns Manor (Clymer, PA), 69-65, in a league contest.
