Iowa High School Basketball - Davenport North fells Clinton
January 30, 2024: Davenport, IA 52806 Davenport North Wildcats (Davenport, IA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Clinton River Kings (Clinton, IA), 62-43 in a league bout.
With the win, Davenport North upgrades its record to 11-6 on the season. The Wildcats host Davenport West (Davenport, IA) to play the Falcons in a Mississippi bout on Friday, February 2. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 15-5. Davenport West won 62-56 in their recent non-league bout against Central DeWitt (DeWitt, IA)
Next up, the River Kings play the Davenport Central Blue Devils (Davenport, IA) in a Mississippi bout, on Friday, February 2. Clinton will attempt to upgrade on its 0-16 season record. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a 7-11 record after their 51-43 league win over Muscatine (Muscatine, IA).
