In Thursday's league test, the Waynesfield-Goshen Tigers (Waynesfield, OH) basketball squad knocked off the host Elgin Comets (Marion, OH), by a score of 75-65.

Next, the Tigers encounter the Lima Central Catholic Thunderbirds (Lima, OH) in a non-league test, on Saturday, February 1. Waynesfield-Goshen will attempt to improve on its 13-6 season record.
