January 31, 2025: New Rochelle, NY 10804 The Iona Prep Gaels (New Rochelle, NY) basketball were winner over the visiting Cardinal Hayes Cardinals (Bronx, NY), 60-51 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Gaels now possess a 13-6 record. They play next when they travel to Monsignor Scanlan for a non-league bout on Sunday, February 2.
With the loss, Cardinal Hayes falls to 2-2 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to St. Raymond Boys (Bronx, NY) to play the Ravens in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 8. The Ravens go into the bout with a record of 3-1.
