The Fort Morgan Mustangs basketball team (Fort Morgan, CO), was overwhelmed 76-13 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Severance Silver Knights (Severance, CO)

The Silver Knights now possess a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Skyline for a 5A/4A Longs Peak battle on Tuesday, January 10. Severance will confront a Falcons team coming off a 80-14 league loss to Riverdale Ridge (Thornton, CO). The Falcons record now stands at 2-5.

The Mustangs (0-7) will now prepare for their battle against Northridge (Greeley, CO). The Grizzlies come into the 5A/4A Longs Peak battle with a 3-4 record. In their last battle, Northridge was overwhelmed by Mountain View (Loveland, CO), 41-23, in a league battle.
