Colorado High School Basketball - Severance trounces Fort Morgan

The Severance Silver Knights (Severance, CO) basketball crushed the visiting Fort Morgan Mustangs (Fort Morgan, CO), 70-21 in Thursday's league test.

The Silver Knights (6-12) will now prepare for their test against Skyline (Longmont, CO). The Falcons go into the 5A/4A Longs Peak test with a 3-14 record. In their last test, Skyline was trounced by Niwot (Niwot, CO), 41-31, in a league test.

The Mustangs now own a 0-18 record. They play next when they host Northridge for a 5A/4A Longs Peak test on Saturday, February 4. Fort Morgan will encounter a Grizzlies squad coming off a 62-61 league win over Mountain View (Loveland, CO). The Grizzlies record now stands at 11-6.
