Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Mountain View Mountain Lions (Loveland, CO) and the visiting Severance Silver Knights (Severance, CO), saw Mountain View's basketball squad knock off Severance by a count of 59-43.

With the victory, Mountain View upgrades its record to 1-4 on the campaign. The Mountain Lions host Fort Morgan (Fort Morgan, CO) to play the Mustangs in a 5A/4A Longs Peak challenge on Thursday, December 15. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 0-4. Fort Morgan lost 89-17 in their recent league challenge against Thompson Valley (Loveland, CO)

Next up, the Silver Knights play the Niwot Cougars (Niwot, CO) in a 5A/4A Longs Peak challenge, on Thursday, December 15. Severance will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record.
