January 7, 2025: Ethan, SD 57334 Wagner Red Raiders (Wagner, SD) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Ethan Rustlers (Ethan, SD), 60-47 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Wagner advances its record to 4-1 on the year. The Red Raiders host Bon Homme (Tyndall, SD) to face the Cavaliers in a A Region 5 match on Thursday, January 9. The Cavaliers enter the match with a record of 0-6. Bon Homme lost 53-41 in their recent league match against Parker (Parker, SD)
The Rustlers now own a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Avon for a non-league match on Thursday, January 9. Ethan will face a Pirates squad coming off a 65-34 league loss to Alcester-Hudson (Alcester, SD). The Pirates record now stands at 1-5.
