The Palo Alto Vikings football team (Palo Alto, CA), was crushed 49-6 in Friday's league bout with the visiting Menlo School Knights (Atherton, CA)

With the win, Menlo School advances its record to 7-0 on the year. The Knights host Los Gatos (Los Gatos, CA) to battle the Wildcats in a Peninsula - Bay contest on Saturday, October 25. The Wildcats enter the contest with a record of 4-3. Los Gatos won 35-21 in their recent league contest against Wilcox (Santa Clara, CA)

Coming up next, the Vikings battle the Menlo-Atherton Bears (Atherton, CA) in a Peninsula - Bay contest, on Friday, October 24. Palo Alto will attempt to better on its 0-7 season record. The Bears enter the contest with a 2-5 record after their 24-17 league win over Sacred Heart Prep (Atherton, CA).
