In Friday's non-league test, the visiting South Anchorage Wolverines volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Bettye Davis East Anchorage Thunderbirds.

With the win, South Anchorage advances its record to 34-3 on the season. The Wolverines travel to North Pole (North Pole, AK) to face the Patriots in a non-league test on Friday, October 24. The Patriots go into the test with a record of 3-14.

The Thunderbirds now sport a 15-21 record. They play next when they travel to Kenai Central for a non-league outing on Friday, October 24. Bettye Davis East Anchorage will play a Kardinals team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Seward (Seward, AK). The Kardinals record now stands at 29-9.
