The East Surry Cardinals volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Forbush Falcons to 0 in the Cardinals league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cardinals now possess a 15-5 record. They take the field next when they host Mount Airy for a Northwest 3A/4A game on Thursday, October 9. East Surry will confront a Granite Bears squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Surry Central (Dobson, NC). The Granite Bears record now stands at 9-11.
