Erwin Warriors (Asheville, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Tuscola Mountaineers (Waynesville, NC), 93-72 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Erwin upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Warriors travel to Pisgah (Canton, NC) to clash with the Bears in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 29. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Pisgah lost 87-55 in their recent non-league challenge against Enka (Enka, NC)

Next up, the Mountaineers confront the Owen Warhorses (Black Mountain, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 29. Tuscola will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Warhorses come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 63-62 non-league win over McDowell (Marion, NC).
