The Parkland Matadors were victorious over the visiting Horizon Scorpions basketball squad by a final score of 44-32 in Thursday's non-league outing.

Next, the Matadors face the Austin Panthers (El Paso, TX) in a non-league outing, on Friday, November 8. Parkland will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Panthers enter the outing with a 1-2 record after their 33-22 non-league win over Ysleta (El Paso, TX).
