In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Tomball Cougars basketball team scored a good 41-27 triumph over the Alief Taylor Lions.

In their next game, the Cougars meet the Liberty Panthers (Liberty, TX) in a non-league match, on Saturday, December 3. Tomball will attempt to better on its 4-6 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 1-3 record after their 76-45 non-league loss to Barbers Hill (Mt. Belvieu, TX).
