The Dorchester Longhorns basketball team (Dorchester, NE), was overwhelmed 59-27 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting High Plains Storm (Polk, NE)

The Storm now possess a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host McCool Junction for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 7. High Plains will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 51-16 non-league win over Hampton (Hampton, NE). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-1.

The Longhorns (0-3) will now prepare for their battle against Bruning-Davenport/Shickley (Bruning, NE). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Bruning-Davenport/Shickley trounced East Butler (Brainard, NE), 53-29, in a non-league battle.
