The Independence Patriots ran past the visiting Sierra Linda Bulldogs basketball team by a final score of 79-59 in Thursday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Patriots face the La Joya Community Fighting Lobos (Avondale, AZ) in a non-league game, on Friday, December 8. Independence will attempt to move on its 2-7 season record.
