In Friday's league outing, the Stuart W. Cramer Storm (Belmont, NC) basketball squad edged the visiting North Gaston Wildcats (Dallas, NC), by a margin of 63-59.

The Storm (3-3) will now prepare for their outing against Marvin Ridge (Waxhaw, NC). The Mavericks go into the non-league outing with a 4-4 record. In their last outing, Marvin Ridge held off Nation Ford (Fort Mill, SC), 68-60, in a non-league outing.
