The South Point Red Raiders basketball team scored 80 points and restricted the visiting North Gaston Wildcats to 72 in the Red Raiders league victory on Monday.

The Red Raiders now sport a 22-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ashbrook for a 3A Conference 50 contest on Wednesday, February 15. South Point will battle a Greenwave team coming off a 52-40 non-league win over Kings Mountain (Kings Mountain, NC). The Greenwave record now stands at 5-20.
