December 10, 2024: Cadiz, KY 42211 The Trigg County Wildcats (Cadiz, KY) basketball edged the visiting Crittenden County Rockets (Marion, KY), 72-69 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 3-1 record. They play next when they host Stewart County for a non-league bout on Thursday, December 12. Trigg County will play a Rebels team coming off a 70-64 non-league loss to Sycamore (Pleasant View, TN). The Rebels record now stands at 1-7.
With the loss, Crittenden County falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Rockets host Livingston Central (Smithland, KY) to play the Cardinals in a District 5 bout on Friday, December 13. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Livingston Central lost 90-63 in their recent league bout against Lyon County (Eddyville, KY)
