Kentucky High School Basketball - Webster County fells Trigg County
February 11, 2025: Cadiz, KY 42211 The Webster County Trojans basketball team scored 78 points and limited the host Trigg County Wildcats to 64 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Trojans now possess a 8-13 record. They play next when they host Crittenden County for a non-league game on Friday, February 14. Webster County will confront a Rockets team coming off a 94-39 non-league loss to Caldwell County (Princeton, KY). The Rockets record now stands at 0-22.
With the loss, Trigg County falls to 7-17 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Lyon County (Eddyville, KY) to confront the Lyons in a District 5 game on Saturday, February 15. The Lyons go into the game with a record of 20-6. Lyon County won 89-71 in their recent non-league game against Madisonville-North Hopkins (Madisonville, KY)
