The Northwest Guilford Vikings basketball team scored 44 points and limited the visiting Grimsley Whirlies to 38 in the Vikings league triumph on Tuesday.

The Vikings now have a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to North Davidson for a non-league game on Wednesday, December 11. Northwest Guilford will confront a Black Knights team coming off a 47-32 non-league loss to West Davidson (Lexington, NC). The Black Knights record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Grimsley falls to 4-2 on the campaign. The Whirlies travel to Ragsdale (Jamestown, NC) to confront the Tigers in a 4A Metro game on Friday, December 13. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 6-2. Ragsdale won 65-44 in their recent non-league game against Southern Guilford (Greensboro, NC)
