Washington, DC High School Basketball - McKinley Tech thwarts Bell
December 10, 2025: Washington, DC 20010 The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the McKinley Tech Trainers (Washington, DC) and the host Bell Griffins (Washington, DC), observed McKinley Tech's basketball team knock off Bell by a score of 56-38.
The Trainers (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Dunbar (Washington, DC). The Crimson Tide come into the DCIAA challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Dunbar prevailed over Ron Brown (Washington, DC), 71-62, in a league challenge.
Next up, the Griffins meet the Ballou Knights (Washington, DC) in a DCSAA A battle, on Friday, December 12. Bell will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record. The Knights enter the battle with a 1-4 record after their 66-50 league loss to Banneker (Washington, DC).
