December 13, 2022: Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858 The Sacred Heart Academy Irish (Mt. Pleasant, MI) basketball crushed the visiting Merrill Vandals (Merrill, MI), 66-25 in Tuesday's league test.
The Irish (2-0) will now prepare for their test against Vestaburg (Vestaburg, MI). The Wolverines go into the Mid-State test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Vestaburg walloped Ashley (Ashley, MI), 58-17, in a league test.
The Vandals now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Coleman for a Mid-State test on Thursday, December 15. Merrill will encounter a Comets squad coming off a 42-40 league loss to Fulton (Middleton, MI). The Comets record now stands at 0-3.
