In Friday's league test, the River Hill Hawks (Clarksville, MD) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Centennial Eagles (Ellicott City, MD), by a score of 69-53.

Next, the Hawks clash with the Wilde Lake Wildecats (Columbia, MD) in a Howard County test, on Monday, December 16. River Hill will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Wildecats come into the test with a 2-1 record after their 66-65 non-league loss to Overlea (Baltimore, MD).

The Eagles (2-1) will now prepare for their test against Oakland Mills (Columbia, MD). The Scorpions come into the Howard County test with a 1-1 record.
