The Friends Academy Quakers basketball team scored 59 points and limited the visiting Lawrence Golden Tornadoes to 27 in the Quakers league triumph on Saturday.

The Quakers now possess a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Valley Stream South for a non-league game on Monday, December 16.
