North Carolina High School Basketball - Independence trounces Garinger

December 15, 2023: Charlotte, NC 28205

The Independence Patriots (Charlotte, NC) basketball crushed the host Garinger Wildcats (Charlotte, NC), 61-22 in Friday's league test.

The Patriots (6-3) will now prepare for their test against Rockdale County (Conyers, GA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 4-6 record. In their last test, Rockdale County was trounced by Archer (Lawrenceville, GA), 58-38, in a non-league test.

The Wildcats now own a 0-9 record. They play next when they travel to Sugar Creek for a non-league test on Thursday, December 21.
