West Virginia High School Basketball - James Monroe crushes Meadow Bridge

December 15, 2023: Lindside, WV 24951

James Monroe Mavericks (Lindside, WV) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Meadow Bridge Wildcats (Meadow Bridge, WV), 94-23 in a league bout.

With the win, James Monroe upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Mavericks travel to Montcalm (Montcalm, WV) to clash with the Generals in a Coalfield A bout on Tuesday, December 19. The Generals go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Montcalm lost 91-37 in their recent league bout against Greater Beckley Christian (Prosperity, WV)

Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Bath County Chargers (Hot Springs, VA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 29. Meadow Bridge will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record.
