The Lake Norman Charter Knights basketball team (Huntersville, NC), was overwhelmed 62-38 in Friday's league battle with the host Concord Spiders (Concord, NC)

The Spiders now possess a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Rowan for a 3A South Piedmont battle on Tuesday, December 19. Concord will confront a Falcons team coming off a 76-10 league win over Carson (China Grove, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 5-1.

The Knights (1-7) will now prepare for their battle against Carson (China Grove, NC). The Cougars come into the 3A South Piedmont battle with a 0-6 record. In their last battle, Carson was overwhelmed by West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC), 76-10, in a league battle.
