South Carolina High School Basketball - St. John's crushes Baptist Hill

St. John's Islanders (John's Island, SC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Baptist Hill Bobcats (Hollywood, SC), 51-14 in a league bout.

With the win, St. John's upgrades its record to 5-3 on the season. The Islanders host Burke (Charleston, SC) to clash with the Bulldogs in a A Region 8 bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 1-6. Burke lost 41-29 in their recent non-league bout against North Charleston (North Charleston, SC)

Next up, the Bobcats clash with the Colleton County Cougars (Walterboro, SC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 20. Baptist Hill will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 2-9 record after their 39-33 non-league loss to Beaufort (Beaufort, SC).
