December 17, 2022: Bigelow, AR 72016 Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Bigelow Panthers (Bigelow, AR) and the visiting Jacksonville Lighthouse Wolves (Jacksonville, AR), saw Bigelow's basketball squad wallop Jacksonville Lighthouse by a count of 56-34.
With the victory, Bigelow upgrades its record to 9-1 on the campaign. The Panthers host Perryville (Perryville, AR) to play the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 22. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 4-9. Perryville won 50-36 in their recent non-league challenge against Western Yell County (Havana, AR)
Next up, the Wolves play the Magnet Cove Panthers (Malvern, AR) in a 2A Region 5 challenge, on Wednesday, January 4. Jacksonville Lighthouse will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 75-28 league loss to England (England, AR).
