The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the McDowell Titans (Marion, NC) and the visiting T.C. Roberson Rams (Asheville, NC), observed McDowell's basketball team overwhelm T.C. Roberson by a score of 66-38.

The Titans (7-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Franklin (Franklin, NC). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Franklin trounced Tuscola (Waynesville, NC), 80-29, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Rams encounter the Brevard Blue Devils (Brevard, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 19. T.C. Roberson will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 50-26 non-league loss to East Henderson (East Flat Rock, NC).
