The Overhills Jaguars basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the host Harnett Central Trojans to 42 in the Jaguars league victory on Tuesday.

The Jaguars now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lee County for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 21. Overhills will battle a Yellow Jackets team coming off a 53-51 league loss to Hoke County (Raeford, NC). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 4-3.

The Trojans (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against E.E. Smith (Fayetteville, NC). The Golden Bulls come into the 3A/4A Conference 23 contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, E.E. Smith triumphed over Westover (Fayetteville, NC), 45-35, in a league contest.
