The Ponaganset Chieftains topped the host Classical Purples basketball team by a final score of 53-43 in Thursday's league game.

In their next game, the Chieftains face the Hamden Green Dragons (Hamden, CT) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, December 27. Ponaganset will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record.
