Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Northside Christian Academy Knights (Charlotte, NC) and the host Carmel Christian Cougars (Matthews, NC), saw Northside Christian Academy's basketball squad overcome Carmel Christian by a tally of 55-44.

With the victory, Northside Christian Academy improves its record to 9-6 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Gaston Christian (Gastonia, NC) to confront the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 23. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 9-7. Gaston Christian won 64-53 in their recent non-league challenge against Cox Mill (Concord, NC)

Next up, the Cougars confront the Cox Mill Chargers (Concord, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 23. Carmel Christian will attempt to improve on its 7-9 season record. The Chargers come into the challenge with a 5-4 record after their 64-53 non-league loss to Gaston Christian (Gastonia, NC).
