In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Brighton Bengals (Salt Lake City, UT) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Hillcrest Huskies (Midvale, UT), by a count of 74-49.

The Bengals (4-3) will now prepare for their outing against Tooele (Tooele, UT). The Buffaloes go into the non-league outing with a 0-8 record. In their last outing, Tooele was crushed by Olympus (Salt Lake City, UT), 85-37, in a non-league outing.

The Huskies now hold a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Stansbury for a 5A Region 7 outing on Wednesday, January 4. Hillcrest will clash with a Stallions squad coming off a 65-42 non-league loss to Rigby (Rigby, ID). The Stallions record now stands at 0-8.
